Dip molded rubber parts are a cost effective way of producing protective boots, dust and contaminant covers, bellows, caps, shifter boots, grips, connector covers, seals and many other products.

Thicknesses of .02″ (.5mm) to .25″ (6.35mm) are achievable, depending on the part configuration.

Advantages of rubber over PVC or plastic dip molded parts are the materials properties which allow for greater stretch or elongation, flexibility, cold temperature flexibility and the uniformity of the wall thickness. Tooling is generally much less expensive than a closed molded operation such as injection molding.

Neoprene and natural rubber parts are used in all industries, vehicles of all types, military, machinery, medical, agricultural equipment, lawn mowing and garden equipment.
